Over the course of time, I noticed that the vapor of my e-cig was diminishing and that it just wasn’t working like it did when it was new.
I found that the contacts between my battery and cartridge needed to be cleaned regularly and when I did so it made my e-cig function like new again.
Every week or so, I take a Q-Tip and clean the contacts of both my battery and charger. This removes dirt, lint and other gunk that keeps my e-cig from working at its best and performing like the best e-cigarette again.
I’ve found that a dirty battery just doesn’t charge to its full potential and that after it’s cleaned the battery operates like a champ again. A good battery should be lithium-ion and a good brand manufacturer will guaranty their battery for life. SafeCig guarantees their batteries for life and I have never had one of these batteries fail.
Another trick is to own two or three batteries and alternate batteries frequently. Using a battery that is freshly charged makes a big difference in producing vapor than using even a half charged battery. I continually rotate batteries and keep them charged using my home, car or computer USB chargers.
Nothing is more frustrating than an e-cigarette that does not generate good vapor. The tricks I identified above are helpful, but the most important tip is to choose and buy the best e-cigarette brand possible, if you really hope to be satisfied. Electric Cigarettes are an investment and it’s best to get it right with the first selection.
